Who handles payments?
Payments are processed by Creem (creem.io), which acts as merchant of record and handles invoices and sales tax/VAT.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the billing page; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. See the refund policy.
What happens if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. Monitors above the new plan's limit are paused until you remove some or upgrade again.
Is there a free trial of paid plans?
The Free plan has no time limit, so you can try the product with real workflows before paying.
