Refund Policy

Flowhush is operated by FOP Vakhula Bohdan Yaroslavovych (ФОП Вахула Богдан Ярославович), Dubliany, Lviv Oblast, Ukraine. Payments are processed by Creem (creem.io), our reseller and merchant of record, which handles payment, tax and invoicing. Refunds are issued through Creem.

Free plan

The Free plan lets you evaluate the Service before paying.

New subscriptions

If you are not satisfied, request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment for a plan (monthly or yearly).

Renewals

Renewal payments are generally non-refundable, but if you were charged for a renewal you did not intend, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will refund it if the paid features have not been used since the renewal.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period and will not renew.

Service problems

If a significant outage on our side prevented the Service from working, contact us and we will provide a pro-rated refund or credit.

How to request a refund

Email support@flowhush.com with your account email and the order ID from your Creem receipt. Approved refunds are issued by Creem to the original payment method. Statutory rights under your local consumer law are not affected.
